Erdem is an experienced HR professional with years of expertise in HR management. Before joining SOMO, he held HR roles in international organisations, including NGOs and UN agencies, where he gained extensive knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.
He specialises in fostering inclusive workplace cultures, driving strategic HR initiatives, and managing HR operations in organisations. He holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas and is certified in various HR disciplines.
At SOMO, Erdem supports the organisation by aligning HR practices with its mission, ensuring compliance, and nurturing a positive and equitable workplace environment.
