NGO input on Commissions proposal on Unfair Trading Practices

A group of civil society organistions welcomes the European Commission’s proposed directive on Unfair Trading Practices (UTPs). This directive represents a valuable opportunity to tackle UTPs across the Union and ensure that food supply chains work for everyone. However, there is still significant room for improvement. The main recommendations in this respect are outlined in a joint briefing for European policy makers.Â
