National Action Plan is incomplete

The Dutch parliamentary debate on the National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights (NAP) has been moved from 5 March to 3 April.
With this plan, the Dutch government is showing that it wants to put the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) into practice. However, the MVO Platform is of the opinion that the plan is incomplete and has made additional proposals in a comprehensive letter. If you don’t have enough time to read the whole letter, you can go to the brand new online tool ‘Overheid en MVO’ (Government and CSR) that clearly and succinctly expresses the views of the MVO Platform.
