Sidonie specialises in researching tax avoidance of multinationals. Alongside her work at SOMO, Sidonie conducts research for the International Centre for Tax and Development (ICTD).

Prior to joining SOMO, Sidonie has held various positions in research, programme management and evaluation for NGOs, consultancies and academic institutions based in the UK.

Sidonie has an MA in Globalisation, Business and Development from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS). Her dissertation focused on the impact of the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (EITI) in Zambia. For her Master’s degree Sidonie was awarded both Best Overall Performance and Best Overall Dissertation. She has also been nominated for the national level UK Development Studies Association (DSA) Masters Dissertation Prize. Besides, Sidonie has a BA in International Development from the University of Sussex, for which she was awarded the Pramit Chaudhuri Memorial Prize for best performance in International Development.
