Gisela ten Kate
Coordinator MVO Platform

Gisela ten Kate coordinates MVO Platform(opens in new window) , a coalition of trade unions and NGOs in the Netherlands working on corporate accountability. Previously Gisela ten Kate worked as a researcher and programme coordinator. She specialised in research and analysis on the sourcing of minerals from conflict-affected areas, the increasing buyer power of large supermarket chains, and on socially responsible public procurement.
Before joining SOMO, she was a political assistant in the European Parliament.
Gisela studied European Policy with a minor in International Development Studies in Amsterdam and Zürich.
